Not to mention, the complexity and pace of change in our workplace. Resilience has turned out to be critical to successfully navigate today’s world.
Our entire focus for the season will be about the ability to face adversity head on and then bounce back stronger!

With almost every episode, we’ll have a framework or a toolkit that you’ll have access to so that you can immediately apply the concepts that we discussed in the episode in the your workplace.
